Working alongside ODA Studio and MA Architecture, Circadia brought the vision to life through innovative design and hands-on execution.

Faced with labor shortages and evolving city regulations, Circadia leveraged its self-performance model to keep the project on track, handling key trades like demolition, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and locker installation. The result is a space that blends comfort and sophistication, offering social zones, bike storage, and adaptable office areas—all within a tight budget and uniquely shaped footprint.
