The project combined hospitality-inspired interiors with practical functionality, creating a warm, inviting lounge complete with custom ski lockers, flexible gathering areas, and premium finishes that reflect the natural beauty of the mountains. Working alongside ODA Studio and MA Architecture, Circadia brought the vision to life through innovative design and hands-on execution.

Faced with labor shortages and evolving city regulations, Circadia leveraged its self-performance model to keep the project on track, handling key trades like demolition, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and locker installation. The result is a space that blends comfort and sophistication, offering social zones, bike storage, and adaptable office areas—all within a tight budget and uniquely shaped footprint.
