Triad Partners is a bold, fast-growing membership-based financial firm known for doing things differently. As the company scaled, their Lawrence, Kansas, office space was no longer keeping pace. What started as a straightforward office furniture inquiry quickly evolved into a full-floor transformation, with Circadia leading every step. 

What made this project stand out wasn’t just the sleek finishes or thoughtfully designed space. It was trust. Triad empowered Circadia to bring its full suite of services to the table, from commercial office construction and space planning to finish selection, flooring, window shades and signage. The result is a high-functioning headquarters that reflects who Triad is today – and where they’re headed next. 

The project brought together a highly collaborative team. Circadia served as the lead on design, flooring, window shades, office furniture, construction and project integration. Project Superintendent, Dave Bishop became a reliable partner, working closely with Triad to ensure details were executed with care. For architectural updates, particularly in refreshed areas like the café, training room and restrooms, GastingerWalker& supported finish selections and layout enhancements. The result was a tightly coordinated buildout that balanced brand, function and flexibility, all within the quirks of a historic downtown building.
