The Montage at Hawk Ridge is a new villa and townhome community in Lake St. Louis designed with a range of resident amenities and gathering spaces. Working in partnership with the project's design firm to meet a fast project timeline, Circadia provided furniture solutions across the community’s leasing and maintenance offices, dining and lounge areas, game room, outdoor and pool spaces, and model townhome.
To meet the project’s budget and lead-time requirements, Circadia strategically combined products from commercial and retail manufacturers. The result is a cohesive, welcoming environment that supports both the day-to-day operations of the community staff and the variety of spaces residents will use to gather, relax and connect.
