GFT

Working in partnership with GFT in the construction of the first tenant-occupied space in the building tower since the building opened in October 2006, Circadia Construction successfully completed this 24,000 SF renovation on time and on budget. Construction activities included major demolition, framing/drywall, reworking existing acoustical ceilings, new finishes throughout, and updating the existing lighting and lighting control equipment to meet current energy codes.

The renewed layout created new multi-size Conference Rooms strategically located around the space as well as adding an enlarged Breakroom. Circadia Construction also worked with H&R Block and GFT in reconfiguring the existing architectural wall system materials on the 10th Floor in accomplishing the new floor plan. This project was also constructed over an access floor system which spans the entire floor plate – meaning work to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems had to be completed in advance of wall framing activities.
